- All reservations are based on a 7-day holding period, unless otherwise stipulated.
- In order to convert the Hold reservation to a Provisional booking, we require confirmation in writing by way of email.
- Once a Provisional invoice has been issued, our normal terms and cancellation penalties are applicable (see below for details).
- On request, Azura can extend the Hold reservation for another 7 days.
- Booking requests for arrivals in the next 6 weeks can only be held for 48 hours and immediate payment is due on confirmation.
Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit due strictly within 14 days of confirming a provisional booking, full payment due 45 days prior to arrival or as per arrangement made with our accounts department.
- We do suggest for bookings only to be confirmed once you have a deposit payment on file from the guest or agent.
- Azura reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice and charge any applicable cancellation fee to the agent’s account where payment has not been received within 30 days of arrival.
- Where a deposit has been waived for any reason, the booking will retain its provisional status until the deposit payment has been received, and in all cases remains contractually due.
- Azura reserves the right to deny access to any guest where full payment has not been received, this includes agent bookings.
- Christmas/New Year bookings have a require a minimum stay of 5 nights and a 50% deposit is required.
- Group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, groups are seen as 10 persons or more. Late payments will be charged interest at 3% per week.
Cancellation Policy:
- Less than 6 weeks’ notice – 100% of total
- 6-12 weeks’ notice – 50% forfeited
- Over 12 weeks’ notice – 30% individuals / 50% groups forfeited
All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Azura.
No refund will be given to a guest leaving the property prior to booked departure date.
